Service Description
Our post-remodel cleaning is designed to remove the fine dust and residue left behind after construction. We thoroughly remove drywall dust from walls, light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards, cabinets, drawers, and floors, eliminating the ashy residue often left behind. We also remove removable paint and grout residue, leaving your newly remodeled space clean, polished, and ready to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 booking deposit is due check out. This deposit is non refundable unless a 24-hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Clients are responsible for providing any necessary entry codes, keys, access instructions, or other information needed for our team to enter the property. If our team is unable to access the property within 10 minutes of arrival and we have not received communication from you, the service will be considered inaccessible and will not be completed. Please note that the $50 booking deposit is not the price of your cleaning service. Residential cleaning is subject to a $175 minimum service fee, while the final price varies based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your home. You can receive an estimate through our Residential Services page. Estimates are typically within $50 of the final price, but the final cost may be higher or lower depending on the condition of the home. **Final pricing will always be communicated at the beginning of service for your approval before we proceed.**
